  1. Running into an issue.  I need to provide proof that the website that me and my fiance met about 9 years ago is not a marriage broker service.  We met on Stickam.com which was a video live streaming site/chat site.  I was informed that I could contact the website and ask them to reply with a simple message that they are not in fact a marriage broker service, which sounds simple enough.  However, the website stickam.com has been closed since 2014 so that impossible.   Has anyone ever ran into this issue?  Would a print out of the wikipedia page about the site be enough to prove it?  should i create an affidavit and have it notarized and also include that?

I also tried using the "way back machine" to find stickam's terms of service, but unfortunately it does not mention anywhere in there about not being a marriage broker.

    Thanks for any advice

  2. I'm probably just being paranoid here. But, while preparing my evidences from my visit to my fiancee, I realized that i no longer have any of my boarding passes from my 2 trips to visit her. I have the Itineraries showing my E-Ticket with flights and dates, and and Itinerary showing both her and my name for a flight we took within her country to another city. I'm not going to get zapped for not providing boarding passes am I?

I do have copies of my passport with my entry/exit stamps with dates and locations. A few hotel receipts in her country and of course many photos of us together. I should be alright..... right?

  3. Forgive me if the answer to this is already on the site. I searched but couldn't locate a specific answer.

do i need to submit the I-134 Affidavit of Support form with my original K-1 package submission? or does that come at a later time? I ask this because I do not see the I-134 in the table of contents in the cover letter example.
