  1. Fill out one for yourself, and another for your wife. You sign your G325-A, she signs hers. And oh, the signatures need to be original, not scanned, faxed, or photocopied.

What about my daughter. Do my husband has to file I-130 and G-325A for my daughter too? Because my daughter will coming with me. what about my two other sons? Are they going to file the same I-130 and G325A? (his stepchildren). I'm also in the Philippines.

  2. You Must send Exactly the same documents and pay separate Fees for each Intended Immigrant .

Trust me I got my return from Chicago lock Box for trying to put my wife and stepdaugther in one pettition .

In My case everything was double for everything and got approved .

Keep me posted i did got REFS on every step of the process . THat was my 1st mystake .

    Good Luck

Hi,I was just a little bit confuse  according to PUSHBRK "This is not correct. Children don't need G325a forms but do need birth certificates with their petition, while the spouse's birth certificate is not needed until the NVC stage. Yes, one petition for each person but with the applicable supporting documents. Follow the I-130 instructions for a step child. Supporting documents are NOT the same.

This post has been edited by pushbrk: 21 June 2011 - 09:53 PM " ....Did they change the process???? I have same question if my husband still need to file for I-130 and G 325 for my daughter (his stepdaughter)

  3. Is your husband a US citizen? If so then an I-130 will also be needed for each of the kids. If your husband is a permanent resident then he only needs to submit an I-130 for you - the kids will be eligible for derivative visas, but you'll have to wait a couple of years for a visa number.

I have no clue how you should list the names.

My husband is a US citizen, but his visa is only a tourist visa. He always file for extention every 59 days.

About the name, form always say FIRST NAME ...MIDDLE NAME...LAST NAME...All of kids have two name like for example John David. Here in the Philippines we used our mother maiden as middle name. And as far as I know, in USA they put the second name as middle name. So that's my question. Do I have to put the my kids second name as middle name?

  4. Hi everyone, my husband is just applying for I-130 to bring me to USA. I am a filipina with 3 kids ages 17, 15, and 13. My question is do we have to apply for their I-130 at the same time? Another question is my son has two names and the middle name that he's using is my maiden name. What should I put in his first name and middle name. (first name which is two names on it?) and the middle name is my maiden name? Please need information about this so I can fill up the form. Thanks and God bless to all.

  5. Hi to everyone, I tried my best to find an answer to my question, :( :( but due to some problems, I am having a hard time to concentrate. My question is....what type of forms do we need to file for my case, since we are living as husband and wife for almost 6 years here in the Philippines, and got married last July 6. My husband (a retired military)is here with me right now. He's been coming back and forth for so many times and we are planning to file the I-130 (although he was mentioning about the IR-1 or CR-1) which makes me more confuse. The problem was he was hospitalized for having swollen leg. And I want to help him so I can prepare things that we will need until he was totally fine. He also need to go back to US for aortic operation and he want me to be there.

I really appreciate your help. And also I want to thanks CCDC4ever and Che for the info about CFO. May God bless you all for having a good heart in helping people like me :).

Hope to hear from you guys. And again THANK YOU and GOD BLESS!!!
