He entered with a K-1 visa/fiancee visa, and i even sent the money and papers for AOS but he didnt make it to the boimetrics, so the AOS was denied, and the process closed last year, we got married on April, he went back to Mexico on July., the AOS process was over, so i have to start a new one. Im so tired of filling papers and i have the 2 little ones that need and want all of my attention but i have to do it so he can help me support my kids so we can give them what they deserve, a better life with the family together!!

Hi... i previously filed for K1 we got approved, he came here we got married, then he made the big mistake of going back to Mexico before the adjustment of status, so we lost everything that i did, anyway, now im struggling with money i really need him to come help me support our kids, if he stays in Mexico with a crappy paycheck im not going to make it plus i feel like a single mother carrying my 2 babies(the girl is 2 and the baby 9months) everywhere i really need his help, so i really want him here i dont wanna move to mexico with our kids... anyway,

what are the chances of him being approved if i file for this???

am i filing the CR-1???

does he have to go to Juarez again???

Yeah i know it was a huge mistake lot of people is waiting to be with their loved ones and he was here with us and he did that stupid thing but im in God's hands! It hurts cuz everything that i did for us was worthless! We waited for 2 years to be together but oh well i know my time is coming at least im with my babies they're giving me the light on this darkness!

I know I will not get it and its what hurts me the most cuz he went back cuz he saw me struggling with money and made me throw that money away cuz that's basically what I did with that money and I so need it right now since im on maternity leave without pay. And I just wanna know what to do in the future cuz I don't want my babies to be raised in Mexico, I filled all the papers and all the money used in the process was mine now is his turn, but I hate the idea us of going over there because of his huge mistake. That's why I wanna know what can we do later to bring him here cuz you don't get a lot of money working over there and babies are super expensive.

Hi ok, heres the thing... I sent the paperwork for the adjustment of status and since I was having trouble providing for my husband and baby girl, my husband did the worst he went back to Mexico behind my back because he saw me all frustrated cuz I wasn't getting enough hours because I was pregnant with my second and I was and still using my credit cards to buy diapers so hes again far away from his family now bigger my baby girl is1 and 3 months and my baby boy is 2 weeks old! He of course missed the biometrics they sent me a rfe and I didn't got what they needed because he is not here anymore! Im guessing ok No, IM SURE this journey is over now he is in Mexico again hes sending me money our babies but is not enough, I wanted to have my family together, I just wanna know what should we do now? What is the new process that we should start or was it that wrong that we are going to have troubles to bring him here again? Can we file later for I-130?? I would so appreciate your answers.

USCIS give u a list of civil surgeons near you!! i went to the nearest and the secretary "not the doctor" said that my husband had to do it again( the medical exam) but then i called another one on the neighbor city and the just filled up the first page of the i-693 for $75dlls instead of the whole exam for $200!! call other civil surgeons!!

Hi, i wanna know if i have to get another letter from work and get all my taxes again for the I-864, they got all my copies letter from work, etc etc at the consulate, i dont want any mistakes or get any delays so im all nervious!! Im almost sure the answers is Yes i have to go get together all that papers that he took to juarez!! Also what else can i attach to my form so it can help me be all ready to send my papers??

****We issue three types of Social Security cards. All cards show your name and Social Security number.

1.Shows your name and Social Security number and lets you work without restriction.

We issue it to:

People lawfully admitted to the United States on a permanent basis.

2.Shows your name and number and notes, “VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION.” We issue this type of card to people lawfully admitted to the United States on a temporary basis who have DHS authorization to work.

3.Shows your name and number and notes, “NOT VALID FOR EMPLOYMENT.”

We issue it to people from other countries:

Who are lawfully admitted to the United States without work authorization from DHS, but with a valid nonwork reason for needing a Social Security number; or

Who need a number because of a federal law requiring a Social Security number to get a benefit or service.****

Today we got approved, my fiance said the interview went smooth, nice lady officer at Juarez!! Im super happy!! Finally we are going to be together here in Texas, my family i going to be together my soon to be husband my 10 month old, the one that is on the way and I!!

Hi everyone!! I supposely did everything like filling out the ds 260 i even got the interview date but i read something about the DS-156 im not sure if i have to fill it out, do i need it by the time of the interview or thats was before i didnt know about it!!

Can someone help me with this info please cuz i found out about it after i scheduled the interview

Hey guys my aproved 1 129f is about to expire, it expires in March after a long wait im trying to fill out the DS260 and is not letting me because supposely the numbers dont match the NVC number and the invoice number

This is what says in there when im trying to enter

The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you have forgotten your Case Number or Invoice Identification Number.

Of course my fiance well the person that was supposed to help him fill out everything was waiting for the invitation letter and since i know we are not getting it i was trying to start everything myself, the reason i didnt do it in the first place was because i didnt want to make any mistakes and now im out of time and i dont know why the numbers do not match

Thanks guys!! I got my invoice# and benficiary# by calling the nvc! but to he went to get advice from a lady that works with visas and she wants the packet 3 n hands to start helping with the process so we can avoid any mistakes from now on! So i guess we'll wait longer i got my approved letter on 11/09 and im still waiting for that packet3! Hope we can get it soon!!

Hi guys Sorry to be bugging!! I feel like running in circles about the same thing but.. From where am I getting the invoice# to schedule the interview? I have my case# but I also need the invoice# I've hear that you get it after you pay but some sort of a lawyer said that she needed the pack3 in orther to schedule the interview! Should I wait to get the pack3 or can I pay the two hundred and some to get it?? Help
