How come none of you choose Singapore airline? It's better than CathayPacific. I only flew these two over years because they are currently the best ones available.

I have recently seen that all k-1 visas will be sent to GuangZhou in China. So here's my concern. I've read that they seem very strict about the interview there. I have only met my fiance once in person and that seems to be a problem to get through the visa. Does this mean I should go visit again before she has and interview for the visa? I have no problem with doing so by the way, just concerned if I don't she can't come here. I've known her for over a year and I flew to China and we got engaged March 25th, I met her parents while there as well. Right now I'm awaiting the petition results, it was received on May 14th and sent to the Vermont service center. Seeing this has stressed me out so much, we just want to be together soon..

My fiance doesn't have his vaccination records. Does he need to go get all the vaccination requirements before he goes to his medical? or can he take care of it then?

It is supposedly 2 doses for MMR. First one when you are about 1 year old, then you should get another one when you are around 5

I only got 2 shots. One of them is MMR, which suppose to last lifetime (and I got it as a kid). Not sure know why I took it all over again?

are you saying that she left the country after she received her 2-year green card until now? How long have she been out of the country? Do you know green card is different from passport and she can't stay in other country for long period of time, otherwise she will lose it if without application.

Because only few of them listed above are required prior interview, yet, some others are required later when applying green card, I believe zoster and HPV are also required for that.

They will only give what is age appropriate for your fiancee. My wife didn't have any shot records and she only received 3 or 4 shots at St. Lukes.

hmmm... all within last 3 months? I don't think that's true though, maybe for your country. If you have childhood vaccination record, they will be happy to enter them into data or perhaps give an enhanced shot for couple.

I am new in this forum and I have a question about a establishing proof of our relationship.

My fiancé and I will be applying for the K1 visa next month. We almost hae everything ready to send, but he is in Brazil now and we will file the forms when he returns next month.

We met each other in July of 2010 and have had a relationship since August 2010. Since our first meeting in Rio, he has returned to Brazil to see me five times. When he comes, he stays with me and my family and last summer, he lived at my place for nearly five months.

We filled out all the forms and we are finishing putting together all of our "proof." As of now, we have: 1 email for each month since we started our relationship, his credit cards statements showing that he spent money in Brazil, all copies of his airline tickets (including our ticket to Chile and some Brazilian cities), 1 envelope that he sent me, 36 photos of us since we met, hotels receipts, passport stamps, a bill addressed to him that came to my address, and that's about it.

How do people feel about this evidence? Is this sufficient? Do you think we need more?

You won't get green card if you divorced before interview forI-485. If so, you will be staying in the US illegally, that can matter a lot.

did you call them? If you are CSC, you should received it a month if not half month ago
