Contact Catholic Legal services, they might be able to recommend something. You have a child to consider so you have to snap out of it and get creative and work this out. Best wishes.
I was reading about INA 212(d)(3), maybe you qualify for that, check it out..

Thank you for telling me all of this. To say it has knocked the hope out of me is an understatement. The actions taken by us six years ago is now the death of any chance of me joining my husband in the U.S. He had immigrated to Canada two years ago and left again this past February stating he could not live anywhere but his home in Texas. He will not move back here.
Have you try to apply for INA (d)(3)?

Hello,
I would like to give you some background information. I came to the US when I was 4 years old in 1996 as a dependent under my mother’s G2 visa. The visa expired a few years later and I have since been out of status. During those years I have misrepresented myself as a US citizen (at the time I originally claimed I was a USC I did not know I was not). Nevertheless, the misrepresentations vary from filling out a FASFA, state financial aid, job applications, and alsyo obtaining a driver’s license in a state that uses S.A.V.E (bad history I know).
I am now married and attempting to adjust my status through my spouse. Since I am employed I put my employer on my I-485 form and other documents for the AOS process. Given my history plus the fact that I am currently working while out of status what is the probability of my i-485 being denied?
If I am denied will I be eligible to file a i-601? If so, will I have to leave the country to file it?
Thank you
Don't get out of the country you will be ban for life, I'm going through that at the moment..What ever you do not get out and don't spend your money at the time there is nothing you can do to change your status.

I had send an appeal in May, and when I checked online with my case number, it said visa: Refused, this answer was submitted on July 25. Does anyone know what happens next?

Were you previously deported? Usually if you are deported and return again EWI you are given a ban for which no waiver can be filed.
No I never been deported.

I would like to know how appeals work and if I have any hope. I was petitioned by my husband and exit the country in January of 2012, Went to my interview at the end the officer told me to send my husbands original birth certificate and that I needed a sponsor as well. I send the documents after a while, and found out a month later that he had send something through DHL. This was send on the day of my appointment, It was a paper where he marked Seccion 212(a)(6)©(ii) and 212(a)(9)(B)(II) and No waiver available. They already received the appeal, but does anyone know what happens next?

Hello everyone my Visa was dined under section 212(a)(6)©(ii) which means that I am ban from the U.S, but I was reading about inadmissibility INA 212(d)(3). Does anyone know if I can still apply for a non immigrant visa under this section. I don't have a criminal record, which makes me think that I qualify for part B of this section. I would really appreciated any answers, Thank you.
