  1. Ge and Mayyong

    No, it was a miscommunication. My fiancee was not able to make it to pick up the packet. Instead her father went, instead of going to the Consulate, he went to the Laotians Bureau of Diplomatic Solutions and asked over there. I remember I told them to go to the American Embassy but some how it was a miscommunication. They finally went to the American Embassy on Wednesday and got everything.
