I have the same issue with my mom...added to that we still can't find a legal way for her to stay in the USA before i become a citizen and sponsor her...She's a german citizen,is there an exception for senior citizens that you know about?

And also considering the possibility of a kidnapping.Just have in mind how many cases there are of fathers taking children away from their moms,and how winding is the road to bring them back...What a #######
