      Its been almost 2 months since he been here and we have been married 5 weeks now

      I couldn't be happier..everything went smoothly at the airport. .now waiting for his green card and work authorization. . How are things with you?

    I don't know what is wrong with the US mail? My fiance sent off the affidavit 134 document on April 6 n i still havn't got it yet I guess it is lost :(

      I just scanned and then emailed it to my fiancé bc they only gave us a weeks notice to get everything and sometimes the mail in Tunisia takes up to 45 days to get... have her just scan it and email it to you...

    Hello Well he has to go back bc they said i should have given him a copy of the ds 230 form ,,,which i emailed to them, so i didnt think he needed a copy so he has to go back on tues...

      He has to go back Tues... NO they didn't keep it they just looked at papers and told him he didn't need ds 157.. I emailed to clarify about original ds 230 bc the instruction didn't say anything about bringing it only to email it... so he will fill it out again seeing the one I emailed got deleted by accident and hopfully it all will go well tues...they have been very quick at all my emails to them...

      thur May 16 they only gave us a weeks notice still waiting on his police certificate hope it comes in time... he had to bring 3 passport photo to medical my email didn't say anything ABOUT more photos.

      thanks... Im actually filling out the Ds-230 form they told me to email them back but for some reason you can m=not save it filled out and email it back... did you have to do this or did you mail it?

    He just returns the DS230 (& we returned DS2001 as well) by email. DS2001 lets them know you're ready for the interview. Packet 3 should have told you where to go for the medical. If you need to know where to go, let me know.. The rest of the docs he takes with him. Make sure he gets the police clearance NOW as it can take 10 days. Also, do the medical now, don't let them schedule your medical the day before the interview (they tried that we my fiancé). Give it at least a wee...

      thanks... we havent gotten anything yet... i sent him for his certificate yesterday he has a friends at the police station who is going to help him out with that.... you returned the ds230 by email? they send packet 4 by email ? to whom myself or my fiance... sorry if i seemed confused... he can go for his medical before he gets packet 3 or does he have to wait for that... thanks again. heather

    My fiance went to the interview this morning and was denied...We are in love and we've been suffered so much through all this process. All the waiting period from Vermont and now Denied. We are crying on the phone.
