  1. Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between December 18, 2012 and January 10, 2013*. --- so this is off only by seven months, that's not so bad, lol, ha ha ha !!!

  2. On June 21, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. ....It's about time! Hallelujah! :)

  5. Hi Mrs Fuller,

Since we found out that the Atlanta field office has not reviewed ANY of the petitions that were transferred to them as yet, some of us are writing letters to the field office director to request they go ahead with our I-130's. If you could do the same... please see our thread at http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/397450-atlanta-transferrers/page__st__165

  6. Who could have known filing from Atlanta would be a bad move?! smh

I'm assuming you still haven't heard from USCIS. Have you called them? If so, what did they say. Hang in there. I am hoping you will get it soon.

  9. Hi Sylvia! Any news?

  10. Congratulations!! Which local USCIS office, may I ask, is closest to where your husband lives?

  17. No news yet. It seems the Atlanta office needs to do some hiring! I think if I lived in the midwest I would have gotten the NOA2 by now.

  18. Hey Navin, nothing yet for me... sigh. Sometimes I feel I don't even want to come on visajourney because I always see someone who filed after us got their NOA2, and it's not fair! Or is it? lol, I should just be happy for them (not envious), they got lucky :)

  19. Hi Ann! I'm curious...was the approval letter actually mailed from Missouri?? Was the postmark on the envelope from Missouri? or was it just that the letter had the NBC address in Missouri typed on it?

  20. I'm having a hard time with this wait!
