    congratulations on your approval i am wondering to which local office your petition was mailed ?

      It was transferred to NBC who then transferred it to the Atlanta local office which kept receiving our I130s for several months before deciding how to deal with them!

      Hi Antonio! It was transferred to the Atlanta office who kept receiving the I130s for several months before deciding how to deal with them (NBC should have transferred them somewhere else since Atlanta is too busy).

    On June 21, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. ....It's about time! Hallelujah! :)

      Hey GAFL! The process is at a standstill, with our petition probably still in an unopened box at the Atlanta USCIS office. I am beyond tired of waiting for this step to be over.
