My fiance called tonight to tell me he missed a phone call. When he called back, he discovered it was the Embassy calling. They assured him that he would get another call. Nervous and excited, I checked the Embassy schedule for December. He's on the schedule! We interview December 18, 2013. I wasn't expecting it so quickly...okay, well we started the process in August of 2012, but still. I thought we would have to wait until February for the interview. This is perfect timi...

We were approved for our NOA2 on April 19, 2013. I'm so happy!

On April 18, 2013 I received my first communication from the USCIS. I believe they are looking at my file but have not yet approved my NOA2. The notification was with regard to a name updated. Months ago when I received the NOA1, I felt I needed to send a letter to clarify the correct name (it was shortened on their form). I believe they have now seen the form and updated it accordingly. Of course, if they are looking at that letter, they are probably looking at my petition as well. We...

Anyway, when I called the Service Center, they told me I needed to write a letter to the California Service Center to explain his full name. The application had his first name then his second name was in the Middle name spot, and names 3-5 fit into the last space. Anyhow, they recommended...

When I saw on your profile that it took only 80 days for your I-129F to be processed, I was amazed. Could you share what you included in your application. I've already submitted ours, but there's hope our application could process as quickly as yours. It sure would be wonderful!

I mailed our I-129F packet Monday, August 6 using Express Mail. I requested a receipt, and I also included the G-1145, so I would receive email updates. By tracking the package, I saw it arrived Tuesday, August 7, 2012. Wednesday, I received an email due to the G-1145. You can see I had lots of proof!!!! The return receipt arrived Thursday, and Monday, August 13, 2012 I received our first NOA (Notice of Action). It was dated August 9, 2012. And now we wait...we wait for...
