  1. Full time work is 2080 hrs. per year x 18 = $37,440. They go by current gross income. That plus the savings in the bank is enough.

I thought full time work is 40 hours a week, i made a estimated 18x40= 720 and 720x4 weeks in a month and multiply that by 12 month in a year, this is just my estimated for him but i gotta talk with him about his last year incomes, i will update later thanks

  2. How much equity does he have in the houses, especially the rental property?

IM not sure how much he has in equity for the house but pls try to make me understand this part if he is short at least around 4152k since he makes yearly estimated around 34,560 a year , and 4152 *3 is 12,456 would he only need to have at least 12,456 or little bit more to be able to qualify enuff to help co sponsor since he already have 15k in savings??? I saw a post that give me a example (For example: If a person makes $10k per year, and $18k is required for a household of 2, then there is an $8k shortfall. For the I-134, $8k*3 is required, so $24k in assets. For the I864 (for AOS), $8k*5 = $40k.)

    Thanks
