    Omg it was all lies, deception, and fraud. He used me to get here! This really happens.

      Where is he now? Here in the states? Call immigration and tell them what has happened so that you don't have an issue because you sponsored/petitioned him to come with the agreement to marry after 90 days. It does happen unfortunately and so sorry that you are going through this.
