There's no quota to pass or fail. If everything is genuine and clear, there's no chance you'll fail. Be confident and truthful in your responses and you should be ok.
On the day of my wife's interview, all CR1's were cleared (about 15) with some getting the white slip to submit missing papers. So no reason to worry, good luck! I'm also taking about Mumbai as well.

Hey same with me they received AOS on 31st and IV packet on 7th......still no reply
Called up NVC few minutes ago AOS is under review

I just called them ago before 2 mins and they said that they have reviewed my AOS and now I am waiting for them to review the packet IV and then I am done, my case will be completed. Hopefully, tonite when I call them again I get to know that they have reviewed my packet IV and the case is completed!!
They normally use the standard script; however, the packets should be reviewed in 10 days.

It wouldn't be problem. It will be perfectly fine. But if possible, then add I-864A ( signed by her uncle's wife ). Sometimes consulate may ask for this form to ensure that co-sponsor's spouse is aware about this legal commitment.

Hello my wife filled I 864 with $18000 and his uncle as a joint sponser filled I 864 His income is $100,000. But her uncle is filling tax return jointly with his wife but his wife is not doing job...Is there will be any problem in accepting affidavit from NVC.

Hi i have already paid IV fee and sent out ds230 with out PCC my consulate is mumbai INDIA . But when to get PCC. My regional Passport office is Vadodra
Hey just do 1st police verification certificate (PVC)...If you have tht then apply for PCC with your NOA 2 Here in ahmedabad PSK 1 i have got pcc with that one.....so dont wait for interview letter just finish it.....

Hey my wife sent AOS packet today she filled I 864 and her uncle filled I 864....as a joint sponser
I have a question to ask her uncle is married he is filling taxes with his wife jointly but her wife is not working .....Is this thing will affect with AOS....

why is he filing an i864A? he should be filing another i864 as joint sponsor. she doesn't need to be on his taxes.

Yes my wife filled I 864 and her uncle filled I 864A but they heard from there tht her her uncle can not do the affidavit as my wife is nt dependent on her uncle and her name is nt there n his tax return

Hello my Wife is citizen and her recent tax returns states a $18000 per year....and three year average income is $16000.... She filled a AOS for me and his Uncle also done AOS for me....But In uncle's tax return her name is not there so.... If she files AOS for me with the present tax return...NVC will except it or should I ask her to put uncle as a joint sponsor for AOS....please help....I am stuck and some one told me to do the money transfer in my spouse account $30000...and she will tell as a we r supporting each other.... please help...

Excatly, I agree. My passport is older than 6 months so i will have to get the police clearance from District police office and passport clearance from where my passport was issued. That is difficult because I live in Ahemdabad, Gujarat, India and they ask for visa letter or checklist that we get from NVC then only they will accept my application to issue those certificates. I am sure this will delay my NVC process and am very much concerned about it. I am still waiting on my I-130 approval. MY NOA1 is of 18th Jan 2010 and its almost 6 months in next few days. I am all worried and upset about it.
Can anyone from Ahmedabad who has recently got the police and passport clearance guide or help me with this. I would like to know the procedure i need to follow to get these certificates faster, I have rest all documents that are needed for the NVC stage. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
