    Hey VJ Fam, Can my Fiance take his learner's permit now, or would it expire when the I-94 expires? So should I just wait till after it expires, so that it won't be a temporary permit? .

      I was told when we went that his ID/DL would expire the same day his I-94 expired.

      my husband's state ID is valid for a whole year.. It depends on the state. Were in PA and he's going for his license on 01/02 w/out filing for AOS.
