    My fiance hasn't recieved his packet, although they said it was sent. I am going to call and arrange for him to pick it up.

      I didn't know you answered this... I still haven't figured out how this works! I didn't get a notification!

      Anyway, My fiance called and was told the same thing. I'll suggest the same thing to him to do that. The problem is that when he works, he goes on projects out of town & will be leaving on one soon for a week.
