You send it to the Chicago Lockbox if your I-485 receipt number begins with "MSC" and the Chicago Lockbox is where you previously filed your I-485.

How long did you wait for another interview date? Do i need to call them or go to our field office to talk to the immigration officer although its a four hour drive from us.

Ibee when they cancelled your interview did they update your status online?

Oh no! Cancelled interview really hurts...I know that... fingers crossed you get a notice soon. There probably was just a delay in the file transfer. That's what happened to me... I went to an Info Pass right after they cancelled my interview and the IO said he had no idea where my file is....and that it could take months to receive a new interview notice so I was FREAKING out but before I knew it another letter arrived. Hoping Hoping Hoping that's the case with you too.

I got my schedule for interviews for AOS supposed to be tomorrow but the Utah field office called me today because they have to cancelled my interview for tomorrow because apparently they got all my papers except for I-130 ... My I-130 is still at the California office and they transfered it to vermont and now i dont know where it is.... So interview for tomorrow is cancelled.

To those people who already done with their interview can i ask what are the things you need to bring?

My rfe was sent to me on May 8th and they received my response on May 18..After 60 days I felt I had enough blind waiting. So i simply called hoping that the mere act of calling would wake up the person snoozing on my case.

So... I called to inquire about my status yesterday and today I have received notification of an interview appointment on august 27th. I have no reason to doubt that the two are closely related. The squeaky wheel gets the oil.

Just wanna ask how long did you wait before you called? I got an RFE last may 15 and they got my papers last june 10 and on review, so my 60 days will end on Aug. 11, how long did you wait before you called? Im still waiting for any update but nada.

applied last april but i got rfe last may, but i respond last june and june 11 they got all the papers. since then i didnt received an update yet its been a month now. and still waiting for interview notice or something. please help, i think im gonna go crazy keep looking on the phone for updates.

I have a question because i applied AOS last april 23 and i got RFE last May 15, and on june 8 send the response for my RFE and june 11 they received my papers and its on nbc on processed, its been a month now and still no update and i dont know what to do. but i got my EAD and AP alreadt last july 6, im just waiting for notice for interview and still nothing.

pls. help cuz i.dont know what to do.

im new to this site. i applied last april 23 for my AOS but still no interview notice though i already have my EAD with AP i got an RFE last may 15 then i respond to it last june 8 , and on june 11 they received my response to the RFE and its says that my case is in NBC on processed. and upto now i still didnt received an update regarding my AOS.

we applied for marriage based green card. i overstayed my tourist visa.

my case is in nbc, and on my last I-797 c my PD is feb. 23, here is my timeline:

Feb 16- sent I-130 thats it because we didnt know you can send all together and during that time we dont have budget.

FEb. 23- Received notice on processed

March 9 - application transfered to vermont service center

--- one month nothing happen--

April 23- submitted form I-485, 765, 131

April 26 - NOA AOS

may 15 - biometric appointment for May 30

May 20- received RFE because i didnt submit my husband I-864 only from my joint sponsor and they need tax transcript.

June 8- respond to RFE

June 11- RFE response received and in NBC on processed

June 26 - got noticed for approval of EAD and AP

June 29 - EAd card on production

July 2- uscis mailed the EAD

July 6- got EAD and apply for Social security Number
