I think he is trying to schedule an appointment online. I was asked for DS-160 confirmation number when I was registering online. I contacted the Embassy and was told to put in AA00000000. Hope that helps!
"Your fiance does not schedule his interview himself, IV Unit at Warsaw Embassy will do that and let your fiance know of the date and time."
This has changed. You can register and make an appointment online now. The Embassy has never called me, I have done everything through their website.

I agree G-1145 is an awesome form, but attaching it to your petition doesn't mean they will actually use it. Our I-129F has been approved but we have received neither e-mails nor texts from them along the way. Filling this form out was a waste of time for us. Oh well.

Congratulations! I know how painful it is to wait for so long (although we have waited for 166 days - CSC). Good luck with the rest of the process. May you two enjoy your "Happily Ever After"!

Fortunately, you can choose whichever recognized US port of entry you want. I'm pretty sure almost every airport in US is a recognized point of entry (I have heard of only one which was not, somewhere in Hawaii, I believe), but it's worth gooling it to make sure before you book a flight. Congratulations on your approval!!!

Oh sorry Im still here in my country.. I was thinking to look for Job here while papers still on the process. I was thinking to look for job here in my country.
I see what you mean. The visa process takes a long time - the first step between NOA1 and NOA2 is 5 months on average, and it's not the end of the wait. If you are willing to work in your home country, you will have plenty of time to do it. However, I have no idea if getting a job after filing for K1 influences the whole process. I hope there's someone here who has some experience in this situation.

Hello friends, Me and my Fiance are working out on our papers and I was thinking to look for a Job.. Im the beneficiary. And I get bored here in the house.. I wanna look for a job while the waiting. However, remember form G325a we declared our employment history. here's my questions:
1. is it ok to look for a job while processing K1 visa?
2. If its ok, Should I apply before we file it or after we file it?
3. Will they question me for that in the interview?
4. Is it a bad thing for the record?
Please give me some answer.. hehehehe Thanks in Advance!
I am a beneficiary too. Still waiting for NOA2. Of course, you can start job hunting now, but in order to research available positions in your field. You are not allowed to get a job now. You need a work permit which you will receive in the process of Adjustment of Status. You can go through this process AFTER you get married. If you receive a job offer now, you will have to file for a work visa, which is a completely different visa petition. Taking up a job without an approved work visa or Adjustment of Status is considered an illegal activity which can prevent you from getting a K1 visa. Hope that helps!
245 days at the VSC...application finally approved!
