  1. Hello to all visajourney people...i got to say,it's been a while since the last time i got hooked here.I got a new situation now & i'm hoping you guys could give me some more advice.

I've already got my 2years green card,& now i"ve decided to get my son who is already 15years old & going 16years old this coming 9th of June 2014.I've already recieved the NOA approval mail just 2days ago...i know it's been approved so i'm gonna be okay right?but me & my husband got financial problem (IRS Tax problem) , & one more thing is that my son wants to finish his HIGH SCHOOL in the PHILIPPINES,so i was thinking it's okay so i can save money to prepare for all of his flight expenses including well the EMBASSY APPOINTMENT FEE,MEDICAL FEE,plus some other expenses like food & transportation & last but not the least would be the AIRPLANE TICKET to come here in U.S.

All was kinda fine but i'm worried of if the approval has any expiration ?what any other option can i do to be settled & relax? please help me...all advices will be heartfully greatful.

  4. hello all VJ'ers...im just a bit getting confused...please help needed again.im filling-up all the forms needed for my AOS but i have too much worries about some questions.my husband got the I-797 NOA last year of June 22,2011 Valid from 10/07/2011 to 02/07/2012 for me as a K-1 Fiance Visa but I got here April 21,2012...

    1. Does it mean that the NOA that I'm going to include in my I-485 is invalid?

    2. I dont know which is the right number of A#,is it the A# from the I-797 NOA?what i see in my A# is 9 numbers with this format 012-345-678.

    3. On the G-325A, what will I put on the File Number ? coz i also see the A letter on the box of that File Number...

    4. Is the Alien Registration Number & the File Number be the same?

I will really be glad to appreciate all the answers so i would be successfully fulfill all the forms and send it to file my Adjustment of Status...

  6. First of all...happy sunday to all here in United States of America...

I'm doing all the documents form to fill-up for Adjustment of Status...but there's this I-131 form(travel document) that made me & my husband think so well.

We just married last Month of June & my Husband told me that for sure I'm not going to travel for now (as in no plan) .

My question is what am I going to put on the date wherein in it ask you when is the date of travel?Should I just leave it blank or put NO PLAN YET?

Please sir & madam,i really need to finish all the papers to be fill-up so WE may file it maybe this coming week.

    Thank you in advance...:*helpsmilie.gif

  7. I understand where you are coming from, stay strong, support your Husband (it's tough right now in the US) - don't let finances come in between you two.

The immigration adjustment can wait but don't put it on a back burner, don't go outside the US or near any immigration checkpoint area.

I am not able to work too because of my Social Security "VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION"...

that's the reason why I'm also not able to help my husband...he's also not much healthy,he got health problem (lung conflict from abusing body before we met)

so somehow he also needs some medicines to buy & that's priority before I get to file AOS.

  8. hi to all the people of visajourney...im new here & i kind of needed advices as in desperately.

im really worried because as of now we're still not able to file AOS (honestly coz we're financially broke).

my husband's really working hard to get some money but still kinda short...

so until this moment im still here in US,we already got married but my K-1 90 days already expired without filing yet.

is it gonna be okay if we file it very late although my 90 days expired(July 19,2012) but we're married(June 30,2012)?

i really need your advice, please tell me that i wont be deported to Philippines because we weren't able to file AOS yet.
