OK after K1 Visa refusal at Mumbai consulate, have been getting the run around as to where the returned petition is - consulate said sent to NVC - NVC said sent to Consulate, etc. Today NVC now states they do have the petition as of 3-22-13 and it is under administrative processing and they cannot give a time line on that, but we will be notified when appropriate.

final word - case sent back to USCIS with comments " determined that there was insufficient evidence of a credible relationship to proceed with issuance of a fiancé visa."

4 weeks after Visa interview the CEAC tracker is updated to "refused" from "ready" - everything just takes time. Hope in 4 weeks we see ready for interview or accepted or something like that! Still staying positive.

Hi all, nothing new yet; Heading to Team Stanley to drop off documents this week in Chennai; we will be together in March in India for a month - so that helps somewhat. Wish I would get to bring my fiance back to the USA with me, who knows - we could luck out and get that Visa stamp before I return. Staying positive to some degree.

thanks everyone. Just have to continue to be patient and wait, like most of us = at least 221-G doesn't mean denial, just delay (I hope).

what really hurt is being told we could not be in love - ouch! I think after 3 years we would know
