  1. I wouldn't break things down on a month by month basis. What I did was to put all the emails stuff together (by stapling), put all the call logs together (stapled), all pics together in a zip lock bag, etc. That way, when they ask for proof, he pulls everything out all at once and he doesn't have to go around digging. Make it as simplified as possible. It will help keep things smooth, simple and easy.
