Have you tried looking a the i-94? You can get a travel history.
Oh , no I think the I -94 Is only for non immigrant visas . It's only for visitors .

I wonder how can a green card holder get official Entry / Exit travel history record for naturalization purposes?
Any of you guys have an idea?

My sister entered USA on visit visa from Canada by land and was given the l-94 form at POE.
She left back to canada in time and as there is no American immigration office when exiting USA her l-94 could not be handed back to the American.she is worried of being considered overstayed . I checked her travel history on exit entry web site her entry date is recorded while her exit is not .what to do in this situation?
Any response is highly appreciated guys.
Thanks

What does table no.1 and table no.2 in visa bulletin mean ? If date in table 1 is the PD cut off then what does the date in table no.2 mean
-
I am following the visa bulletin for family sponsored category but could not understand what is meant and difference between 1-Application final action dates and dates for filing family sponsored visa application.
Could any one of you guys clarify this please?
Thank you

Hello guys,
we where in argument today about whether immigration officers do have Entry / Exit reports in hand before during naturalization interviews? do they collect such reports in advance before interview?
what do you think???
thanks

Hi ,
I am just curiouse to know whether the IO at the naturalization interview do really check the exit/entry stamps on the passort or just a quick look and thats it? i have seen in the interview preparation videos that stamps are not looked at and even the income taxes also the officer askes whether you filed taxes or not but he does not look at it,
any of you folks with experience may clarify it please.

My I-130 is already approved,AOS and IV fees paid and invoiced.
My question is that shall I send all documents and applications of the AOS and IV together in one envelope and on same time or wait till the AOS is approved and then send the IV application ?
Any advice is appreciated .thanks for reading

- I called the USCIS because mine said the same thing... but the immigration officer looked in the system and said I was actually transferred to the Nebraska service center NSC.... She said it was an error how the notifications have gone out.
Thank you very much ,
-
Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong please but when they say service centers we mean California (CSC), Texas (TSC), Nebraska (NCS) and I think Vermont (VSC) is also processing the I-130s. Just wait until you get your hardcopy in the mail and it'll tell you where you were transferred to. I know we got transferred to TSC and received our hardcopy in like 3 days. And the reason they are transfering is to distribute the workload supposedly to make it quick HOWEVER,,,,,,
Thank you . that is why really i am worried about because it is unusal to transfer I-130 to local USCIS center . the hard copy only says it it transfered to local office? let us wait and hope nothing wrong
-
I am worried that the case is transfered to LOCAL center and not to the 4 known centers.local centers do nt deal with I-130. why it was transfered there?
-
It just means that your case was transferred to one of the 4 service centers for processing. You should receive a hard copy in the mail in about 3-5 business stating which service center your petition went to.
it was transfered to Local office and not to the four known centers and i i know the local offices do notdeal with I-130 ?
-
It is five months since submission of I-130 for spouse and today recieved a notice that case s still under review and transfered to local USCIS office. Is that a bad sign? any thing to worry?
any input is appreciated, thanks

My friend's parents arrived a LPR recently sponsored by their son who is USC.
the painful thing is that they left their 32 years Down Syndrom case behind.
downs syndrom is a state of mental deficiency but does not pose any threat to herself or others but she can not take care of herself.is there any way to fasten her comming to USA? is there any thing in the immigration law to help them?
she was denied visit visa.
any ideas or responses are higly appreciated guys.

Does any of you folks know whether newly LPR are qualified for heath insurance (obama care ) coverage or not?
LPR that are still new in the country and did not work yet and did not file taxes so far?
customer service adviced to fill the application online but when doing that it keep telling YOUR ID IS NOT VERIFIED.
any one here had similar experience?

Hello friends,
my mother entered first time as LPR with indian passport and got her Green Card.
She is leaving for short visit to india. My question is Can she reenter with another nationality and another passport?
Do the officers at POE compare the green card with nationality or they only check for ID ?
any response is highly appreciated.
