In order to get an interview fast you need to call the NVC and request your Invoice ID# and your beneficiary ID#.Once you have this you can go online at USVISAINFO and create an account and complete the DS260. Once you complete the DS260 you can schedule your interview and ASC appointment.Don't wait for the interview letter from the consulate it will come before your interview to your USA ...

I scheduled my appointment on 8/28/12 and they had a appointments in september even earlier but we wanted the ASC appointment in Tijuana first. So we could not get the ASC until 9/20/12 so we scheduled Juarez for 9/26/12

We did not want to wait that long for the interview date, but we wanted the ASC appointment in Tijuana and the only available appointment date for that ASC was on 9/19 so I just scheduled ciudad juarez for 9/26 a week after.
