I have a J1 visa too,.. and i have so many question and cant seem to find any answers. i dont have the 2 year requirement, so am i okay filing I-485?! or do i need a waiver too? some say im not allowed to get married while i have a J1 visa? im getting married next month (in the US) and im a little worried,.. can someone give me some answers? thanks!
