july 15 filers got GC approved without interview

I received my Ead last friday and went to ssa to apply for ssn but the lady cannot verify my name and she told me to come back after 2 weeks to apply again for ssn

Here is my problem: I didnt apply for SSN before my i94 got expired because the lady at SSA told that we should submit the ead/aos. So last friday nov 15 i received my EAD and went to SSA nov 19. The lady told that she cannot verify my name or my EAD whatever and come back after 2 weeks. My question, do i need to wait for 2 weeks or wait for 10 days or go to the other ssa office?

I agree to pnjabdmtc1209. We hired also Mr. Eric Dean eric@deanvisaoffice.com to process our papers. My husband found his website through searching in the internet and we just trust him because he gave a reasonable offer to process our K1 and yeah having a lawyer is a good advantage specially having Eric Dean. And now we are on AOS and we hired him again

They are just going to send the request for evidence mail thats why your status of i765 was on card/ document production, not the ead card.

Septemeber 6, 2013 i got RFE noticed of i765 and i 131 and we didnt receive the hardcopy in the mail until September 21, 2013 my status of my i765 changed to Card Production but the i131 still on RFE. So are they going to send my EAD card? Here is my current status of my i765: On September 21, 2013 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Contact the respective interviewing embassies/consulates and inquire about having the interview conducted in Manila. Realize that adding more steps or complications to the process may only result in more confusion, delays, detours of the process.

Remember the statement after Part B, Question #20 on the I-129F petition:

"NOTE: (Designation of a U.S. embassy or consulate outside the country of your fiancé(e)'s last residence does not guarantee acceptance for processing by that foreign post. Acceptance is at the discretion of the designated embassy or consulate.)"

why they already approved others and why they dont approve our papers we submitted and paid earlier of the month of june.. but why? my fiancee has a stable job, no criminal background, we are just same age and why they cant approve us

I am benificiary and we got our NOA1 last June 5, 2012 and we dnt have yet noa2 but some got that are ahead of our noa1 date..I think we dnt have problem of our papers but they dont approve yet.. is it maybe that our papers was with the laziest employee in the vermont service center..How can i ask them that why they already approved those ahead of us?

im k1 benificiary and im still waiting for NOA2 which i got noa1 last june 5, 2012. Im working here in UAE and i want to have my interview in philippines because it takes 4 months here in UAE to get the interview appointment. Is it possible to have my interview in philippines, what are the steps or procedure to do?

im pregnant now and we are on the stage of NOA1. Can we still proceed of processing, does my pregnancy will affect my medical exam?
