    We were approved! The interview went well and was pretty easy overall. I will post a review as soon as I get home from the D.R. this weekend!

      Thank you all! My mayor suggested I contact my congressman, which I did two weeks ago (I figured I'd try anything!) They contacted the USCIS for me, but I received a reply back that I was "still within normal processing time, try back in a month." However, the next day, we were approved!!!!
