      how did you call DOS? is it separate from NVC ? i am also waiting for Interview date. please advice

    I just received the email from the NVC today saying my wifes email about the the Choice of Agent is accepted, all correspondence will be sent to me, this is good news and a good shortcut I found on this website. Anytime you can take care of a requirement through email instead of snail mail is a good thing!

    I just called USCIS to find out what cases are currently being processed at the Vermont Service Center and was told February 27, 2012......... My priority date is March 7 so I am praying to receive good news in the next two weeks...

      is that true? did the rep say they working on Feb 27 cases and onwards?
