14 year age difference between me and my fiancee. I'm 40, she's turning 26 in July. We received our NOA2 yesterday.

Thank you everyone. Now we're just hoping that this rapid influx of approvals doesn't create an overflow at the Philippine embassy or we'll end up with a long wait there as well. Regardless glad to be past this step in the process. Hopefully those who filed their NOA1 in later months will benefit from the CSCs sudden attention to K1 and won't have to wait it out like many of us did.

We didn't receive a text or letter yet, but according to the USCIS website our NOA2 has been approved. Thanks to everyone here for being so supportive and helping us retain some semblance of sanity.

####### is going on with CSC?! Nine approvals in the last two days and EIGHT are late November/December petitions??? I'm happy for the people who got approved, but the CSC needs to take care of those of us who have been waiting over twice as long.

I discussed this with my lawyer last night and he informed me that all files are scanned and digitized at the time they process your NOA1. I'm not buying that this flood has caused any real delays. CSC has been stagnant with our cases since late October and instead of providing honest answers they have gone on a misinformation campaign.
