    I would suggest do not wait for the visa letter and checklist .. Go to DSP office with other documents and try to apply for PCC, who knows they accept without visa letter...also please share your experience with me so I can also try my luck once again. Time to apply for PCC at DSP office is between 3 to 4.30pm.
