Most major cities oath ceremony venues have passport processing service. You can ask them how long would it take to expedite a new passport.
 
If they do not have it at your oath ceremony, you will have to make an appointment in person. Here is the detail information and location.

For trips less than 2 weeks away they recommend doing an expedite in person at the nearest passport agency to you. See https://www.usa.gov/passport#item-34927
 
If you want to risk it you could do a standard expedite by mail. I did expedited processing with overnight shipping when I applied for my passport, I applied 10/26/18 and received the passport in the mail on 11/2/2018 so took exactly 1 week.  You can fill out the application form online and it will verify everything is correct, then just print it and take it to any passport application center nearest to you. Congrats on your Oath, you can get a passport on the same day if you have an international travel in less than two weeks through a passport Agency, there is one in Miami, below is the link:

Go online and make an appointment as walk ins not guaranteed service, don't forget to bring all the docs, such as:
1- Your Naturalization Certificate
2- A passport photo
3- Filled passport application form DS11
4- Mean of payment, they accept credit cards
 
Show up as early as possible even if your appointment is on a later time and be prepared to stay there a good amount of time, it will be an extra $60 for the expedite service.

Yeah it seems that miami office is moving. I just got an update that my interview got scheduled.  yesssssss. omg at last. My PD is May 22nd 2017. 

Daaaim , at last , congratulation man , so happy for you , guess what ??!! my status also changed yesterday , now am in line for interview , after 1 years and 6 days it has changed from FP. any idea how long it may take to receive the interview date ?
