yeah she received her NOA1 and her work authorization too. I was just worried cause we havent heard since her biometrics. thanks for the info!

Hi, my wife and I filed our AOS last april of 2013 and did her biometrics in seattle,WA last May 15 2013. Until now, we still havent heard back from USCIS. judging from the timelines . it shouldnt take this long to have an interview appointment. Is this normal or do i need to contact USCIS already?

So my fiancee wrote in one of the forms (cant remember what form) for K1 visa that her point of entry in the US is gonna be in Connecticut where my parents live. I am in the military and stationed in washington and gonna be deployed soon, but we decided that she just land in Washington instead. is this gonna be a problem for us ?

my fiancee is gonna be interviewed on the 14th also, gudluck to all!

My fiancee is scheduled for her visa interview on Feb 14, 2013. We scheduled the interview through online, did her medical and all that is left is the visa interview. in less than 2 weeks she is going for the interview but until now we havent receive our packet 3 yet, NVC received our case around january 17th , 2013

now my question is: DO WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR PACKET 3 BEFORE GOING TO THE INTERVIEW? OR CAN WE JUST FILL OUT THE DS FORMS AND BRING IT WITH US at the Manila embassy??

july 19 was my noa1 date

I was a july 19 filer from philippines and was approved jan. 10, no email no text but I just checked uscis on my status. For july filers, make sure you check your case number @ USCIS.gov everyday not just waiting for email or text, you'll never know! good luck to all!
