Not too many questions were asked... she arranged her documents in three files......
First File: All the documents mentioned on the Interview Letter like birth certi.. marriage certificate etc....
Second File: For Proof of continuous relationship like call records of Raza.com, WaridTel, Callingmart.com, Call logs of Skype,
Third File: With all the Extra documents ( documents which are not requested by consulate... but for just in case)
Fourth : tons of pictures( don't be conservative in sending picture, she took our photo shoot album and one mixed alum containing hina, shadi and after shadi pics)
questions:
Q: Who is sponsoring you ?
A: My husband.
Q; Where he Live?
A: she told her the whole address with zip code and on which she was laughing and said I meant city and State and she told about it
Q: What he do?
A: She told her that he is full time student and told her he is graduating in December 2012 ( She literally told her whole abbreviation of my program I am enrolled in, she started to laugh)
Q: Its 9 am here do you know what time is it in USA?
A: My wife laughed and told her the exact time as she eveyday call me at this time
Q: How you feel after marriage?
A: My wife like a typical teen ager and loudly told her I am so happy, so happy, and he is so caring bla bla and she laughed again while looking at the pictures
and told her wait and after two minutes she came and told her you will get the passport in a week and all the original documents were returned.
Points might help other in my opinion
Take a lot of pictures as this is the best bet to prove your relationship is legitimate (Marriage + after Marriage).
According to dad talk to them that you know them for years and with smile and eye contact during the conversation.
Arrange your doucements in a proper order for them so CO can easily look through.
There is no hard and fast rules but I think your luck and the mood of CO is big factor for not getting AP.
Wish good luck to all the visa journey friends and hope you all see you wife's and kids ASAP as I know how hard it is to WAIT WAIT AND WIAT FOR YEARS
Thanks bro and good luck for your visa journey

Just in case if anyone is having problem in printing the SKYPE call history, they can download the skype log view from http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/skype_log_view.html to print the call and text history.

Please guys I need your help. I have a question about IRS transcript. I have already sent all the documents to my husband, but I have a little bit of concern. Because I don't make enough money, I have a joint sponsor. My joint sponsor make $26,666 for the year of 2011, and she has a dependant child plus her husband. So, by counting my husband as the sponsored immigrant, that makes her household members equal to 4. Therefore, she supposed to make $28,812 for the year to meet the poverty income requirements. Because of this matter, she gave me her morgage information to submit as an asset of $15,000. Do you think that would help? I have also attached her IRS transcript for the years of 2009 and 2010 because she had earned more money back then. 2009: she earned $54,000. 2010: she earned $33,000. Based on what i read on the I-864 filling instrustion:
25. Federal Income Tax Information.
You must provide either an IRS transcript or a photocopy from your own records of your Federal individual income tax return for the most recent tax year. If you believe additional returns may help you to establish your ability to maintain sufficient income, you may submit transcripts or photocopies of your Federal individual income tax returns for the three most recent years.
Please anybody, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Mrs PJ,
There is a small note on the lower right corner of I 864 form one page 5 which states as .” The total value of all assests, line 29 must equal to 5 times ( 3 times for spouses and children of USCs, or 1 time for orphans to the formally adopted in the U.S) the difference between the poverty guidelines and the sponsor’s household income, line 24c”
So, what I understood, if the annual gross income of the sponsor is less than the poverty guide line …. Then sponsor can use his assets to meet the requirements of poverty level. For example if the difference between the sponsors total gross income and poverty line is $3000 than sponsor has to declare assets worth of $15000 (5 times) for the spouse and children of permanent resident.
I think this might help you and also tell your spouse about it, so,if needed, your spouse can explain it to the C.O
and update us about the interview experience of you spouse ...... ~~~Good Luck~~~
