They ask us to submit answer in 30 days there objection were following:
.The petitioner is 12 years old then beneficiary,why?
.The petitioner and benifecry were married twice.
.The petitioner were married twice before to foreign nationals whom he petition for immigrant to us both time under spousal category.
.The beneficiary could not credibly answer any question in regards to the petitioners life style and general preference.

Praying that someday soon they will finally send our case back to the USCIS ad give us the right to appeal. It has been almost 9 months now since they denied us. I love my husband and just want to share our lives together.

Missing him badly only 60 days pass 120 days still have to go tough time i really give up all the hopes i dont know how people get there visa very easily .2 years we are apart for no reason .i can just cry thats all i can do .(

Congressman said our 180 days is up in March 2013. We should have heard something by then. As of today, we still don't know why we were denied.

He visit me after 4 month of his first visit and we had great time with each other .Now dont know what USCIS will ask for i got my bank account there in US and also my NTN number too.but i dont know weather it helpful for us or not.Now seriously i miss him a lot we got last mail form them(USCIS) in last nov 2012 since then no responce from them.Feeling like i die during this wait time and they will never responce.(

Looks like there has been some great news on the AP tracker. I am really very happy for everyone that has received their visa...Congrats. We try to call embassy to know about our case but i never reach to any responsible person following the tape instructions will bang the phone in the end by saying thank you for calling islamabad embassy.My hubby call 3 time but no info yes i also feel that they throw our file in trash and forget that we are also wating check every day mail lot of time that may be they send mail but now its 60 days and still stand on zero point.feel like cry.

My husband just had another Birthday without me there to celebrate with him. Our 2nd anniversary is in 3 weeks and once again we will celebrate apart from each other. No news of our case making it back to the NVC yet....still waiting. This process can make us sad, lonely, depressed and miserable but it cannot and will not ever stop us or make us give up.

My heart is so sad, not for just myself but because I know the pain that others are feeling on here. There is so much lonliness and sadness especially from the Islamabad Embassy. I am glad that we have each other to lean on during this horrible process. It is not a crime to fall in love and then marry someone. They say that love makes the world go round. Not love makes your world end because you love someone from Pakistan.

22 months of married bliss...feels like i've always been his wife.. that i'm made just for him just waiting patiently for the day our lives are complete!
