    Thanks for your response all my VJ Family,i have read all proccessing of the link being sent to me regarding NVC processs but as our case been entered into the systemtn on 10th of August i got Case Number and IIN Number from Operator and the lady told me that we should be receiving DS-3032 / I-864 Bill in the email last week but still we have not receipt it yet,do i have to still wait or what can be done? or is it that NVC is waiting for me beneficiary to send DS-3032 to appoint my wif...

      the DS-3032 has nothing to do with the first invoice...... but send it out right away.... you cant do anything as for now until they invoice the AOS bill...... meanwhile have you sent your birt certificate, police report, 2 passport pics and the signed DS-230 to your wife?

      Yes winnie,i have sent all that to my wife and she had it already and we are both waiting for AOS bill......i would have sent DS-3032 to NVC but i dont want to confuse our peition,we have a lawyer handling our petition but am not sure if he has already been assigned as our agent to receive further instruction so i wont need to send DS-3032 or it doesnt matter if we have a lawyer or not do i still have to send DS-3032 to NVC anyway? am trying to make everything right? pls let me know?

      okay if you have a lawyer then, you don't need to send the DS-3032
