    Hi..VJ...I have been trying to call NVC and they have me hold for 15 minutes till the phone got disconnected....does anyone has an idea how long does it take to be on hold with NVC till get unto representative to you CASE NUMBER,INVOICE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER AND BENEFICIARY ID NUMBER?       I've never used EMS. My husband used fedex. I sent our evidences to him using DHL because it was $100 cheaper than fedex and arriving at the same time.
