Packet 4 is just an email saying that you have to wait 5 business day and then call the number they gave you. I sent my fax on Dec.18 and received this email on Jan 10. The important thing is that you have to wait to get this email because if you call before you received the email, they cannot find your data in their system and cannot schedule you an appointment.

Hi Juligas, we didn't expedite, we have just called USCIS around the middle of November and they just told us to wait at least 5months from noa1 before calling again. But it wasn'tnecessary because we got our noa2 few days later. I really don't know if it was because we called or if it was just a coincidence. So sorry about you.

Hi, sorry if I'm writing you but I've seen you got your approval few weeks ago and I have a question for you. I've tried to get any info in the web but it was impossible. After having sent the ds-230 form via fax, have you received any news about scheduling an appointment of have you just called to the 15$ number? And what is packet 4 exactly?

Last Thursday it worked. Today i'm having the same problem: always busy. I write them an email but I don't know if they are going to read it. I was thinking to call the embassy in Rome and tell them to call Naples to fix the fax.

We think his job is enough for the affidavit, but yesterday we decided to ask his mother to be our co-sponsor in order to be sure that everything goes well. We are a little worried just because he finished law school in 2011 but he had internship until june 2012 (that means no money)

I faxed it before. But I forgot Applicant's statement.

We still need all supporting documents for the I-134 and my police certificates (from Italy and from Spain 'cause I lived there for 5 yrs).

Trev is on a job trip right now and he'll go back to CA on 24th. He'll begin to collect documents for I-134 as soon as he goes back home.

So, what to do now? Sending the fax and receive instruction for schedule an appointment or waiting for having all the documents ready before sending the fax?
