    hi,

    i entered usa with CR1 visa last thursday,and before traveling my wife paid the Immigration ELis Fee..when i checked online the statut doesnt change yet is still (Your application/petition has been accepted and is pending review. )

    does anybody know when the statut can change and how long it takes to get the green card..and if i should apply for SSN or just wait to get it by mail with the green

    NB: while filing my immigrations papers i already mentiend that i wanna receive the SNN

    I can say hi everyone,im moroccan married to my hopy wife - american- I have a question for those who's husbands or wives passed Nvc process already . How long usually the interview takes after the NVC case is completed.

    And what usulay they send to the me

    And if the mail they will send me is regular mail?

    Hi everyone, recently my wife and I got approved for NOA2 and now we are close to get the first package . This mean support papers and here is my question . My wife worked the entire 2013 year but in December she lost her job. She has her taxes from 2010-2011-2012-2013 and all her bank accounts and extra income ready to be submitted however if NVC ask for an employer letter now she is unemployed and she is receiving EDD ... Should we include EDD documents or should we send a letter as self employee ...( her profession is a professional photographer and she used to be self employee) what we should do ?

    And we get this msg while checking our case online

    Can anybody tell me what does it mean and we will do plzz

    Hi everybody

    me and my wife are still waiting for noa 2 my wife called tier2 and he told her our case is in MISOURRI and inshalah decembre we may receive Noa2

    we applied i130 since april

    while waitin i was lookin and i found is many forms for affidafits of support (I-864EZ, I-864, I-864A, and Form I-864W). wich one we will need to send to nvc and if NVC will ask for all documents they will need from us including the right Affidafit of support my wife will fill

    Me and my wife stull waiting for noa2, inshalah when we will get it i wanna know what forms we gotta fill, ? Do we have to fill anything online,?

    The forms and the documents that they will request do i have to send it from morocco directly to nvc? Or i should send to my wife and she send it to nvc?

    Any extra info will be apreciated
