Online pre-registration of St. lukes, I walked in and went there 4am and there are lots of people. The reason I suggest not to go there early because you need to kill time and soem people came in late and actually finish the medical check up within the day. Bring online pre-registration (2copies), NVC interview appointment letter (2copies) and 2x2 pictures 3 copies. Be sure you are on the 7th day of your last menstrual period or atleast you dont have menses. med exams are x-ray, eye check up...

Ds 230 is approximately 3-4 weeks, your petitionaer can call them this coming Friday to follow up. My medical was fine. Go there on mid weekdays not Monday or Friday. Also you can come there anytime even not 4 in the morning. (I find it crazy to line up that early and they were actually late comers who could start their medical and finish it the same time as others. Mind you medical is not easy, at the 3rd floor of St. Lukes those who are wearing masks didnt pass the x-ray they shall undergo...

Average is 3 months process that includes the interview. You gotta beat that record. We are running one and half month. Our goal is to be together by June. Get all the necessary requirements? Saylin's post is very imformative, please be guided by it. http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/How_to_bring_your_foreign_spouse_to_live_in_the_US
