Thanks, our relationship is definitely real, not worried about that part. She is worried that they will say something like my fiance has turned down a work visa. She is also worried that they can somehow make trouble for her to enter the US. I told her that I did not think this was possible.

I mean to say if you can prove that it is real.Always remember that fiance visa is about proving the validity of the relationship and making sure you get married with 90 of entering. They will not have any impact at all.

They have nothing to do with your relationship.As long as your police clearance is good and your relationship is real you should be fine.Dont worry about them.

I never use a lawyer either.I just follow the instructions and did excatly how vj instructed and all went fine. If you have lots of red flags and you will feel comfortable taking a lawyer, then go for it, otherwise you dont need one.All the steps are on here to follow and ask question if you have one.

your last sentence of what you will provide is all you need to support your I-134 from. who dont have to mention any asserts if you dont have to since your support base on income not assert

I use regular staple to staple pages belonging together and uses one paper clip to put everthing thing together including the check and the cover letter on top of the package and i have no problem. i figured why would they need to seperate pages belonging together. Anyway, paper cliping seperate thing is not a bad idea too but i think either is fine. good luck in your journey!!!

Hi everyone I need an input about I-134 evidence. I e-mail Senegal embassy consular about the evidence required to support I-134 form and they responded to me that is not required to submit an evidence along with i-134, but the only thing required is to submit the form. Regardless of thier answer,am still sending my fiance the supporting documents for this form to take with her to the interview incase of anything.

I am wondering if any other embassy have the same rules.

thats is a very good letter. hope it help to get vsc get thier stuffs together and start moving fast. i dont know what the hell vermont service center is doing for this big delay. i cant imagine seeing other people getting approval fast in csc while other are waiting three times that time. i am fortunate to be at csc and getting approval fast but at the same time feel bad for those who file since february at vsc still waiting. VSC need to do something to fix this problem.

Woo!!hoo.......!!! u have to love csc.I just received the text and look at the uscis website to see that we got approved(noa2) yesterday.

Just checked our status on USCIS - and we have been approved!

The possible date for adjudication is getting sooner and sooner for us (ours is at CSC), now it could be as early as 24th September. I am getting so, so nervous!

Our NOA1 is the same day.Things seems to be cruising nicely.hope for the best for all.

received text and e-mail today that my petition has been received and routed to the California Service Center for processing. my Receipt number is also included in the massage.

will wait for the hard copy before changing my timeline. on their website it says they mail me hard copy on June 25.

I send in mine on June 21 and was delivered on June 24 now waiting for text message
