Hello all-

I am about to file the I 130 for my 26 year old brother. He is single for now and lives in Russia. I know that it will take few years for him to get a green card and during the process over the years he might get married. My questions are:

1. Will we be able to change his marital status to married and bring his spouse and possibly kids to US as well?

2. Will his marriage will delay the process due to changes.

3. Would it be better for him to get married first and then to file I 130.

Hello!

I (k3) and my husband (USC) have green card interview in July.

My husband is unemployed because his plant shut down in March and we are not sure if he'll be bale to find job by July....so we won't have employment letter and pay stubs for the interview.

We'll get a co-sponsor.

Do you think it might be a problem at the interview since my husband (sponsor) is unemployed?
