Im currently receive foodstamps is that going to be a problem with the NVC? Also i checked the poverty line and i am ok for the year 2011 and 2010. however the 2009 is a bit short is that a problem as well or can i just send in a letter from my bank with the amount of $$ i have will that help?

No. The petitioner does not need the birth certificate unless you are petitioning a parent or a sibling.

My interview letter has an F for petitioners birth Certificate meaning not needed for this application

I think you guys will get one next week. They always say the 2nd week of the month because they want time to email you before they call. But they really schedule it the first week of the month.

August 19 is a sunday. I taught it was ok for them to do it a month ahead of time. I told my husband to get it done on 8/17

Geeshhh so my interview is on a Monday at 8:30 am can my husband get it at banco popular on Friday due to the fact that I wont get there til Sunday morning. Or are they opened on Sunday?
