So you're more than 7months of waiting ever since it has been transferred to CSC huh? I don't like waiting at all. Have you done service request yet?

When was your case had been transfered to CSC?

We heard back from our congresswoman's aid yesterday who put in an inquiry for us. Supposedly my wife's application is in the last steps and we are supposed to hear something within 45 day. Although he said usually when he gets that particular response from them, something happens within 4 or 5 days. We'll hope so, we want out of this waiting game for a while.

Hello Caryh please keep me posted if you have any progress in your application. I am from MN as well and my application is still pending. Got my EAD 2/16/2012 and case has been transferred to CSC, no updates ever since! This is ridiculous!

Yep we are still waiting also. In a week or two it might be time to put in a service request

I can't believe they treated you like that. I felt the same way "second rated" when I got here and started looking for a job. I dropped down my bar so hard its even hard to believe it. But life goes on. I broke down couple of times already because you know you are more than qualified for the job you are applying for but they will just gonna reject you. As I read your post tears started falling just can't help it because I am on the same boat as you do. We need to fight! We might be shattered at one point but we need to keep going and try and try dont ever give up! Goodluck to us.
