So we are approved, what's next? Do I wait for NVC to contact us or should I go ahead and pay the 240 for the k1 visa and give them the docs I already submitted? Our NOA2 said to contact the consulate? Any suggestions or comments. Really need help

Your listed consulate will be Algiers and yes the notice is good for 4 months.The Consulate will extend petition if necessary, so don't worry about that. The A- number is Faycel's Alien number, not the case number. NVC will assign a a number to your petition.Do you mean you gave tax documents to USCIS at the time of filling your I-129F? What's next? Did you get the hard copy from NVC? If you haven't, I will suggest you contact them and ask for your case#. You should get it in the mail with information regarding your petition and when the case will be forward to the Algiers Embassy. Once the Embassy receives your file, they will contact you by e-mail with packet #3 (documents, forms and medical your fiance needs to complete prior to interview).Then you will be receiving packet #4.
