Hello! I emailed CSC after 15 days of no response from them regarding my upgrade request. Until now, they have not emailed me back, so I decided to call NCSC again today. The lady that I spoke with says that the upgrade was approved last Sep. 18 and that they have sent an email to me about it---which, obviously I did not receive!
