    AOS receipt number is not in the USCIS case status online database?

    just received NOA1 for AOS, AP & EAD. but none of the receipt numbers can be found in the USCIS case status search online. does anyone have the same problem?

    I registered for an account, tried to add cases by receipt number, but none of my receipt numbers were found. I made sure that the format was correct!

    then tried to call the 1-800 number, told me to wait for 30 mins :(

    Hi! The same thing happened to me about a month ago... It lasted around a week, so don't worry so much. Wait a little bit and try again.
