MY wife's Interview May 7 2013

I dont think u r right. My PD is Feb 7 2011. and the case is completed; only waiting for PD to be current..

I 130 processing time is struck at 23 jan 2011 for the vermont service center.

Does that mean that who ever got the I-130 approved will be lucky to get interviews quickly since the volume of approved cases will be low.PDs may move very fast in the coming months.

Wht do you all think about this?

Hi Everyone

My wife's PD is 7th Feb 2011. Which I believe should be current in few months.

We provided every papers to NVC Apr 2012 including her Police Cert. I called and they said

her case is complete.

I was wondering if anyone can advise me whether she will need a new police cert during

interview.

Do they allow you to pick the passport at New Delhi. That will be great.

Hey man your and mine PDs are the same day.

If the PD moves 1.5 months every month than we might have to wait until feb/march 2013 for our PD to be current.
