Good day... Can someone please tell me how to disable the email notifications. I went to SETTINGS and unchecked all the boxes but I still get email notifications particularly on the "new consulate review added" notification. I'm at wits end trying to figure this thing out.

Just download the instructions on the USE Manila site, just stick to those.... the instructions are very clear.

I agree with the BC validity but with the CENOMAR, the more recent it is, the better.... I think once you get your NOA2, that's the time you ask for a CENOMAR as it only takes 3 business days anyway to have it delivered to the beneficiary address in the Phils anyway. If your CENOMAR is greater than 6 months, could pose a problem... also, the time to get the NOA2 takes about 5 months... so if you add that up to include the interview date, your CENOMAR will be approx 6-7 months old. And a lot of things can happen in 6-7 months. So I think the more recent it is, the better. I suggest to just hang on tight for now until you get the NOA2 and continue building the case such as proof of on-going relationship dated after NOA1. Keep all them letters, gift receipts, phone logs etc etc... Good luck!
