IN MY CASE, i didnt wait for my eligibility letter coz the lady that i spoke with from the embassy told me to proceed and dont wait for the embassy letter coz they used a regular mail only...so i followed her adviced and proceeded to pay the visa fee and after an hour,,, my payment has activated and had an interview scheduled already, medical done...everything was done last month ago im just waiting for my interview date now,, but my embassy letter,,,believe it or not..it just arrived yesterd...

not yet... actually we want to know if we still have to wait for the packet 3 or letter of eligibility first before we proceed with the medical & the appointment for interview... i've read a lot here but they're not on the same track... i've called the US Embassy here in Manila to ask about it & advised me to wait for the packet 3... I don't know... Guess, i'll just call them again for a better view of this dilemma... Thanks & God bless!

hi, i just want to ask when was your petition approved by USCIS? mine was last june 15, and they haven't forwarded it yet to USEManila, i just want to know how long will i wait =) thanks.

Petition was approved May 25 and we just received the eligibility letter from USE June 29. So it took about a month roughly. I know how you feel fritzie, the closer it gets, the longer is feels. Good luck!
