I guess I was lucky. But there are two things that might have helped. The first one is that we both live abroad and I've read in the forums that sometimes helps and the second thing is that I prepared a gourgeous and neat dossier, with a nice folder, every document organized in separate thumb index with their typed stickers...really easy to handle and nice to see.
