Re-Entry Permit problem please help in USCIS Service Centers Posted June 19, 2012 I have another issue. I had re entry permit 10 - 11 years ago. I don't remember when exactly. now I want to apply for another one, and one of the questions is if I had it before, if yes , I need to provide date when it was issued. I don't have any paperwork saved from that time, and I don't remember when I got it, except that it was some time in 2001. Is there a way to get that info from USCIS, or any other way to get that question answered? thank you.
